- When can you complete the measurements survey? We conduct onsite surveys and price evaluations from Monday to Friday. However, we can accommodate special weekend bookings if you are unavailable during standard working hours.
- What details should I provide in the request? To ensure accuracy, please specify whether you require a full Supply and Fit contract (where we measure, manufacture, and install the units) or an Installation Only service (professional labour to fit doors or window profiles you have already purchased independently). - Technical Survey & Refinement: One of our estimators visits your site to verify dimensions, double-check locking specifications, and review energy ratings (Document L compliance). - Final Agreement: Once you approve the itemised quote, we issue a clear contract detailing the exact specifications. For domestic projects, materials are ordered from our trusted UK fabricators. For commercial developments, JCT subcontracts and full Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are coordinated.
- Fitting & Inspection: On the scheduled day, our directly employed installers deliver, fit, and seal the units. We arrange local building control inspections to certify that the windows or doors comply with UK Building Regulations.
